今天总体来说状态不好。。特别是越障，还是走神并有少量回读.... 总之文章太长了就不适应....

Taliban has controlled an area called** in 2008 and 2009. They organized a serious of attack including attack schools. A girl wrote her experiences that were abused by Taliban on the blog. The thing was reported by BBC.  Taliban was …. the powerful women Hillary Clinton….  National experts called on security of schools, especially girls.

A explosion on Turkey. The government of the Turkey ask response to Syria…  3 children and 2 women died…

Parliament passed the measures, but other parties voted against it…  The conflict in Syria is more intensely…  In A, the largest City in Syria, a hospital is curing soldiers as well as citizens. They can only offer the first-aid, later the patient will be send to home or Turkey.

Turkey’s forces are larger and stronger than Syria. Other problems need to pay attention.  The Turkey was unsatisfied with the international action to the Syria. Turkey felt it was let alone to the crisis in Syria.  The U.S. ambassador Steven was killed in Syria…Obama said this attack is not simply against U.S., but the UN.  Our world depends on people who like Steven not his killers.

The calling for stopping the attack in ….   Obama said the U.S. prevented nuclear in Iran was not limited. The U.S. will do whatever they can to prevent Iran has nuclear weapon.
While ** in Iran said, the way stop bombs in Iran was to set red lines in nuclear problems. Red lines prevent war ..

文章结构：

主题：Obama’s reforms of Health Care is vital, may determine whether he wins a second.
医疗的重要性：Why Health Care is vital in U.S ?  Because 18% of the GDP is spending on health cure…
两个候选人两种方案：
Obama :  vast law in full… expand health coverage…
R: transform the Medicare , throw “Obamacare” in the bin.
具体讲Obama的医改方案：
(1) Covers everything…,  forms of high fees… also a tool for curing the very ill.
(2) Aslo sought a big extension of Mediaid.

States 反对 Obama resigned … in law.  They argued that the government should not force them to buy insurance.
调查结果：45% approved… 40% opposite..

除此之外还有困难的执行问题。Senate认为执行O的方案是一个很头疼的问题。

R一直以来相信 govern.. should shrink…  即使要改动法律，也不会全改…

1,the third debate of R & O will focus on medical affairs.
2,madical affairs become more and more important, and cost a lot.
3,O & R have different opinions on the issues.
O would like to create a new divorsy, R refused O's suggestion.
4, elder people is one of the major part of voters, so attract their attention is crucial.
5, O would like to create a innovative big package, reduce cost. R tend to decrease the power of Washington, and state has its own option. However, they share some common views that they all want to resolve the medical problem and increase more attention on this issue.

6, there are more people purport O's proposal than R's

7.50 好长的文章……看到后面就有点忘了前面 oh我可怜的记忆力！

PS：文章排版中有好多出，两个单词连在一起没有空格的现象…………
要多花一点点时间去识别…… 建议下次排版完之后先贴在word里，看看有没有语法错误现象再贴上来？

全文说的是有关美国财政赤字和医疗保障体系的事情。有三个人物，分别支持各自观点。其中，总统奥巴马认为应该建立健全的医疗保障体系，现在已经占到gdp的18%，并且认为应该由政府赤字，帮助买不起完善医疗保险的人们购买保险。Mr.罗姆尼 认为政府应该缩减有关医疗保障的赤字。Mr.瑞恩认为尽量做到平衡。（他的那部分没读进去，大概就是说保持现状吧？）
