不是说明你其他条件太挫，而是口语太挫，在院里或小秘那里就被砍了。我申请的项目 去年录取的学生平均118。

我也是刚开始申。昨天填了两家的基本信息和PS。
选的都是名校。。。不知道是不是定高了。
背景
国内Top2学校会计本科
四大会计师事务所工作3年
两个CPA资格
国内Top2商学院及美国top10商学院double degree(含一个MBA和一个master）
GT GPA
G 720
T 106其中口语只有23
GPA本科3.6，MBA 4.0，master刚开始上不久还没分
学术
没有学术基础。没有论文发表。。。。
推荐信
在国内帮老师做过一个小RA，但是技术含量一般
美国这边的老师还没见到我成绩，不知道能不能给写。
目前选了： Wharton，Stanford，USC，UNC，MIT，Washington, Rochester，PenState
Chicago和Michigan本来也想试一下，结果发现口语分不够。。。不想再考T了。哎不知道是不是目标太高了。

其实你基本条件很不错，但是你的这定位，去除不爱招中国人的，剩下的录取概率都小于5%（USC希望大点）。你现在要看你的美国学校老师的推荐信，以及TOP2老师的推荐信，如果有牛推，才有机会进你所选的学校，如果你不是非名校不去的话，建议你扩大选校范围，你也发现今年很多跟你一样的TOP2申请，你的这些条件跟其他TOP2竞争，并没有很大优势。

i think your application to Wharton depends on who writes your recommendation. can you get a good letter from a famous/productive US accounting faculty?

Yeah, I am working on my thesis with an Accounting professor in a Top US B School, but the problem is that we had only two discussions on my thesis proposal and I feel that will not be sufficient to ask for his recommendation. Other potential references are not on the tenure tracks but on the lecturer tracks. May I have your advice on the references?

如果今年版上那个人去的不是wharton，我觉得没什么必要去浪费申请费在wharton了，据我所知，wharton应该从来没有招过在国内读本科的中国人，这个肯定是有implicit的原因在里边的。

建议你找你在美国学校的那个老师写封推荐信，申请osu，最后的出路肯定比你列出来的大部分学校的出路好。
