Yesterday I didn't study , instead, i went out to eat sea foods , swim and buy beautiful skirts, all relieving my anxiety and stress and improving my performance and morale.This moring , i resume studying.
I stronly realized that too much worries do distract us from concentration. Left unchecked, such anxiety might prove disatrous. By far, these days , i shall remind myself that even if i lose in this gmat test, it is not the end of the world. Anyway, i shall eat well, sleep well while facing such formidable task as GMAT and TOEFL. On the other hand, I will face directly the problems in GMAT and try to resolve the real problems step by step.
