我觉得这道题目问了两件事情：1  Contribution   2  Why Yale  但是看了一些分析材料只说需要写Contribution。大家的看法呢？

感觉不纯粹是Why Yale，而是更具体一点，要阐述他第一句提到的那些优势对你的职业有什么积极的影响

I would say that its not exactly either. The main focus of the question is of course your contribution. But its not the ONLY thing. What the second part of the question asks is not so much “Why Yale” as it is “How is this SPECIFIC contribution related to your specific goals”.. so there is a little bit of “Why Yale” here but only for ONE item – the place where you will contribute.
