187.还有一个ds题个人觉得很难...没太读懂，意思是一些金额，如果不是整数的话就会向最近的整数取整。请问is the sum of estimated amounts within 6 dollars of the sum of actual amounts ?
（1）amounts少于11个  （2）每个amount小于5

一个女人对电话账单上每一笔账都进行四舍五入to the nearest $1, whether the sum of the estimated amount of total charge $8 the sum of the actual cost of the total charge（这句话我当时没看懂。。。求高人指点。。。）
1) 每一笔都不超过$7.75
2) Bill上一共有14笔

一天24小时漏掉0.25*24=6 gallon
周二下午一点为47 gallon
那么 周三下午一点补水前为 47-6=41 gallon（补完之后为55 gallon）
于是 周四下午一点补水前为 55-6=49 gallon
      而题目里是49.75 gallon，所以距一点的49 gallon漏掉了3个小时即 3*0.25=0.75 gallon的水。
     由周四下午一点向前推3个小时，得出周四上午十点为49.75 gallon
