有些人认为政府官员应该遵从大众的意愿。也有人认为政府官员依靠自己的判断做决定。
Write a response in which you discuss which view more closely aligns with your own position and explain your reasoning for the position you take.

A thorny matter about how to balance the great leaderwith the rigid regime is also existed until now.

It is certain that convincing officials can leadpeople they serve to welfare life, such as Roosevelt, oneoutstanding president in America in nineteen century. As we known, he took a seriesof measures to make unemployment rate declined, more and more Americans resumeto work. He took American out of a period of recession of economy. Andthousands of American soldier dead and citizens fell into despair  when Japanese army assaulted the Pearl Harbour,they didn`t believe can defeat Japanese. It is him, Roosevelt, gave all of theAmerican confidence that they can beat Japanese, they can win the war.
But is also dangerous that Political leaders can doeverything they want without any limits. They will become autocratic. One willmake lots of mistake when he can determine the whole. Hitler is the example, hewaged the War II, many Jews dead of his racial prejudice. It is so scary.
Sometimes officials base their decisions on their judgmentmeans efficiency. It is a waste of time when you should make an import decision.Maybe the terrify has occurred when draft were passed. But the regime willprevent Political Leaders from determining imprecise doit best.
None can assure Political leaders always have no biasor political discriminations. Public is the real subject relevant with beneficence.They have a right to seek to lifestyle they want. The voice of the citizen shouldbe taken into consideration, people are able to defend their own rights by participatingpolitical affairs.
In democratic nations, A kind of institution which ifmore or less insures Political officials carry out the will of the people theyserve  is more trustworthy thanindividual.
