There is a general discussion nowadays on whether an efficient leader should always try to make everyone feel that he’s in part of a decision making. Those who object to this opinion argue that it is just a waste of time, because the leader has difficulty to making a decision which everyone agrees on. However, people who support the idea thinks it can not only benefit the companies but also have a positive influence on their employees.

First, the most major(不要most) advantage of making employees feel they are in part of the decision is that they can feel the respect of （我觉得用from更好呢~）their leader. Being respected, they will work in a high spirit, and feel they are not the slaves of their bosses and（or） leaders but the masters of the company. That means they will make their effort to benefit the company and work more effectively to save time(有effectively就可以了呢~~). So, I think an efficient leader should try to make everyone in part of a decision.

Moreover, employees will have more passion on finding solutions and provide suggestions to the group if they feel in part of the decision. Some of the employees will get a free ride because they may think the leader doesn’t care about their suggestions or solutions(这个点很好呢~~). They simply get a free ride instead of working hard（这里可以删掉~）. According to the latest study in（of） Jilin University, employees who feel in part of the decision always do a better job than the others. If the employees come up better solutions or suggestions to the projects, the procedure will be shortened.

Last but not least, an efficient leader doesn’t only mean a person who always chases the money, an efficient leader is a person to lead their coworkers to make their work time more comfortable and more happy.

In conclusion, I totally agree with the idea which(that) an efficient leader will always try to make everyone feels that he’s in part of a decision.

The reading passage explores why sea ottershave a decreasing population. There're two major theory's, pollutionhypothesis and predation theory, explain that tendency. However, the professor thinks predation theory can better explain this phenomena which contradicts what the reading states. To support his opinion, the professor uses three specific points as follows.

First, even though the reading passage suggests that the pollution, such as oil rings and other sources, could decrease the otters' resistance which indirectly causes their deaths. The professor points out the fact that no dead sea otters are found at the beach. So, he thinks this fact supports the predator theory. If they are killed by predators, they will be eaten immediately and no dead bodies will be found.

Moreover, the passage points out that sea otters and other sea mammals are declining because pollution usually affects the entire ecosystem.However, the professor contends that sea otters are preyed by other mammals which change their diets. Predators also eat other sea mammals, so sea otters are not the only species to decline.

Finally, the professor asserts that the predators are so big that they cannot stay in shallow or rocky areas. These are just the places where sea otters are declining. Whereas the author of the reading claims that because of ocean currents or other environmental factors may have created uneven concentrations of pollutants along the coast.

In conclusion, the professor clearly identifies that predator theory can better explain than pollution hypothesis.

Life is full of mysteries and difficulties, people always have different kinds of problem, for instance, how to deal with the relationship with your friends, how to get a better job after your graduation. Some people prefer to solve problems by reviewing the past. They think it is a good way to find solutions. However, the other people disagree with that because they think past is the past, we cannot solve problems in old ways.

I agree with the latter as the following reasons.

First, the technology is more developed compared to the past. As we all know, we cannot solve every problem of present and future by reviewing the past. What we should do is to concentrate on exploring new methods. Only in this way, our society can be more developed and more powerful. Moreover, we have a more complicate situation now, people should find more efficient ways to get through difficulties. According to the latest research on the internet, people solve problems more quick and easier than the people who review the past.

Secondly, more and more people have received a better education than the past, if we want to solve the problems, we can get some professional suggestions more easily, such as our teachers with strong background, our parents with precious experiences. When I have difficulties with my studies, I always get help from my mother who is a high school teacher. Not only she can teach me how to solve the math problem, but also she can encourage me and inspire me. I don’t think we can solve math problem by reviewing the past, asking a trusted people who know you can give you better suggestions.

Last but not least, innovation is not only the major force which help society improves, but also the force people to success. Jobs Steve, the CEO of Apply company, always makes an innovation which inspires his groups. If they were always look past, then I phone won’t ever exist.

To sum up, people can have many ways to overcome the difficulties. We don’t need to review the past because the methods may be not useful in today’s situation.

There is a general discussion nowadays on whether we can solve the most important problems in today’s world in our lifetime. Those who object to this opinion argue that the problems in today’s world are too complicated and difficult to be solved. They believe that human intelligence is limited even though people get better education than the past. But people who advocate this opinion think it is possible because of the developing technology. Personally, I agree with the latter one as the following reasons.



First, as the technology development, more and more problems can be solved much easier than the past. And I’m sure solving the problems in today’s world is just a matter of time, we should have faith in that. Yuan Longping, a famous agriculture scientist develops the method of growing cross breeding rice and helps people all of world get away from starving. This is a good example showing that we have the ability and the possibility to solve the important problems in the world.

Moreover, global organizations do a fantistic job to help people to live a better life. Global organizations always come up with effective solutions and laws to protect the benefit of all people. For instance, department of education claims that teachers should focus on helping teenagers find their own interests and passions rather than ask them to get a higher score. In this way, teenagers will have more time to explore what are they really interested and find their passion to do what they really like. According to a latest research on the internet, it says teenagers who find there really interests are more easy to get success than those who are forced to get a high score.

Last but not least, all people want to live a colorful and happy life. Only solve the most important problems of the world can they live happily. In other words, people all want to make contribution to the world and help the world more beautiful. For example, scientists will make their efforts in finding solutions to prevent our planet from pollution; ordinary people will take a bus instead of driving their own cars in order to save the resources; doctors will try their best to treat their patients. All people do their best in every specific area to make a better world.
