Some say that it is a bargain for Samsung to pay only $1 billion, and the company has become one of the world’s largest powerhouse for the tech field.
The case will sure make more debates of the US patent system.

1.    Detect some substances, such as drugs and air pollution. Based on the silkmoth, which is the most sensitive detector in the world (smell odour).  One component of the detector is cantilevers.
2.    How to change the sensitivity of the detector. In the same time, compared with well-trained dogs, explain the difference and give an advantage over dog (after one hour, less useful). Ultra-sensitive (mass-produce as cheap as…) transform……..
3.    Iphone launched and subsequently being very popular around the world, resulting in large increase in Apple’s market value. Therefore, a lot of companies copy the ideas and even the shape of the iphone. Specifically, Samsung is one of the imitators and is sued because of copycat. More than 1 billion dollars are punished. Some justifies on the decision.
4.    Explain what is design patents, the dispute and harmful effect of Apple vs Samsung .
5.    Suggestions on further such cases, and suggest that monetary punishment is better than exclude the manufacturer out of the market so that customers have less choices. Citations from Jobs in previous period.
6.    Case of Apple vs Samsung and some disputes on the case. The further effect of the case, the main opponent for Apple is Google’s Android. The benefits and drawbacks of the winning of Apple are explained by experts
