但是我对这题还有不理解的地方，也发现自己的语法知识竟然模糊生疏如斯了。 对于since引导的时间状语从句，一般的理解是一个动作或状态自从since引导的时间开始发生并且（或其影响）持续到现在。如1： It has been 4 years since he lived here in 2000. 可以理解为：He has lived here for 4 years since 2000.

但是也有相反的例子，如2： It has been a week since I saw her last Monday. 表示的是I haven't seen her for a week since last Monday.

我的问题是，B选项的内容要按例2的方式理解才是削弱，若按例1理解的话应该是加强, 这题我们确定现在的情况和since引导的时间以前的状况是相反的依据是什么？

我感觉这题信息不全似的，也可能是还没有理解透彻， 望niuniu得空继续指点。能不能请告知你说的第一次类似的错误是哪题，俺们也跟着再思考思考。

題中假設..

dropping restriction -> other species recover
implies that hunting season extended -> more geese snow will be hunted->save other species..

B) for many years 限制的情況下->hunting season提前結束->那geese snow 數量?normal?

是否是因為限制的情況一直都存在

所以 Recent increase geese population 和限制是無關聯的?
