（这一次有点超时。以前在开头段用的文字多，这次开头段简化了。。虽然尽量规避，但是仍有废话出现。。）

A leader’s decision is always important, because the decision will orient a group, a city, or even a country to develop. Of course, the leader’s decision may be influenced by the famous ideas at present among the people. In my view, the famous ideas will do some goods to the leaders’ decisions, but one could not make a decision directly depending on a famous idea.

Firstly, I admit that a famous idea can be very useful to the leader. Because famous ideas always stand for the latest fashion and demand of the citizens, to make surveys of the famous ideas will help the leaders to know things better. For example, a CEO of a company should often learn about the famous ideas among people, and to do this will help him to know how to change the company’s product structure, in order to make more profits. And the officious of a city or a country should also learn about the famous ideas at present. The society should make progress and people’s living conditions should be improved, and by learning the citizens’ latest ideas will help the leaders to decide what efforts they should do to improve the living conditions and to cater the demands of the people living here.

However, although it is useful to study the famous ideas at present, the leaders’ decision should not directly depend on the famous ideas. Some famous ideas among people may be positive, and these ideas may inspire the leaders to make better changes. However, not all the famous ideas are of values. For example, in a small town, many people believe that the area should be independent from the whole country, and this could help this town to gain a better future of development. This kind of ideas may be disseminated by some imposters, and the citizens may be confused by these imposters, and then believe in these guys. If the leader of this town is only willing to cater the demand of the citizens without a long vision of development, he may do something wrong, which lead the town to mire. However, if the leader of the town has his own ideas, which help him to look through the plans of the imposters, the leader will take effective measures to avoid the rumor to be disseminated wider.

So from the arguments issued above, I think that the famous ideas at present will sometimes be useful to help leaders make decisions. However, the leaders should always have a pair of bright eyes and a smart brain. They should be able to analyze an idea objectively, using their own ideas to make decisions. Then the leader could always come into great decisions to make things better.
