MI: the issue between Standard Chartered(DC) and the DFS

SC 's headquarter is in london , but only 5% economy is come from America , European areas .

DFS recently accuse SC of not only do huge  business with IRAN between 2001-2007 but also with manya and *&*   , Since they are sanctioned by USA .   they  transactions are mystery and delete the data on time  , now DFS suspect SC is supported by a writter , he supply many important information to the SC .

SC must appear before DFS's explantion on 8.15 .  SC once give many helps to USA

one people form SC says that they didn't violate the laws of bank at all!!!!  

with the UK join in , someone say DFS is grandstanding .

NOW , some people deposit their mony in SC again as they have reassessed the likelyhood of this event .

In conclusion , SC can't avoid a big fine , becasue they against a large  "beaster" in woldwide economy .

The standard chartered recently focus on the business of  asia, africa, and mid east. DSF accuses the SC that it violates the law for hiding billions transitions. A big fine is unavoidable, but it teahes a lesson that the SC’s so-called emerging market is vulnerable to the conflicting of other bank and countries.

Summary
Topic: GSF accused SC of helping Iran avoid American sanction.

BUT: SC and Delo denied it by giving some reasons.
Implication from the author: SC bank’s license will not be revoked but will be fine and it must take some time to recover from it.
