Hey there my friend. Love your background--I only wish your TOEFL was juuust a bit higher. In terms of programs, you should also consider a MFE degree--starting salaries, if you get into a good program, are $20K higher than those for masters in finance. Either is good tho--and given your AMAZING GMAT score, you could be successful at a number of great schools, including USC, UNC, OSU, and perhaps even a top ten program as well. The Letter of Recommendation is much LESS important than the other aspects of your background (test scores, grades, work experience.)
