这题我选了B，正确答案是C。
解析如下：
B. to set与have been不平行，要在been后面加上setting或改为have set以修正平行。
C. Correct；be + adj + in doing something很顺口, e.g. She is very active in posting questions on CD.；
时态也很好：to be表示从现在开始的未来，have been 从过去到现在，时间轴上没有空缺。

我的问题是they为什么不可以指代dividends？？因为我记得在OG13上有一道题是：
94. Heating-oil prices are expected to be higher this year than last because refiners are paying about $5 a barrel more for crude oil than they were last year.
(A) Heating-oil prices are expected to be higher this year than last because refiners are paying about $5 a barrel more for crude oil than they were
(B) Heating-oil prices are expected to rise higher this year over last because refiners pay about  $5 a barrel for crude oil more than they did
(C) Expectations are for heating-oil prices to be higher this year than last years’ because refiners are paying about $5 a barrel for crude oil more than they did
(D) It is the expectation that heating-oil prices will be higher for this year over last because refiners are paying about $5 a barrel more for crude oil now than what they were
(E) It is expected that heating-oil prices will rise higher this year than last yea’s because refiners pay about $5 a barrel for crude oil more than they did
注意这道题的正确选项(A) Heating-oil prices are expected to be higher this year than last because refiners are paying about $5 a barrel more for crude oil than they were

这里的they直接指代的是than前面的crude oil，而在这题里这样的指代是justified的。为什么不适用于prep o8--183题呢？？？
