I love certain parts of your background, and to be honest if you DO manage to retake the GMAT, I will like just about all of your background. : )
If I were you, I would consider a masters in finance--most marketing, or entrepreneurship programs are not taken seriously. And a general business degree, an MBA, will require more work experience than you have. So where does that leave us? Shoot for the top programs of course. Add in some safeties, but with a stronger GMAT especially you will be in play at Berkeley, MIT, and Columbia in their masters in finance programs.
