Hello my friend, happy to offer up some advice for you here my friend.  While you will likely not be able to get into a top ten program, the top-30 will be possible for you.  You would need to do GREAT on your TOEFL tho of course, as you likely know.  Since you have not studied abroad, schools will put a great deal of weight on that score. I wish you had a better research paper too! ; )   But you should be able to apply to a top 10 program; I just think you will find yourself at a top 20 or top 30 program, when the time comes.  I hope you find this to be helpful!
