昨天看见晨依的模板，就用了一下，结果还没写最后一段，就三百字了，太长了是不是不好啊？ 还有小女打字挺慢的，所以各位大神有木有简练而出彩的综合写作模板呢？有些贪婪，麻烦了！

这是TPO1的综合写作，第一次练手，望指教！！ 对lecture的时态有些纠结~

The reading passage explores the issue of a four-day week can make contribution to the company, the coutry and employees as well.The professor’s lecture deals with the same issue. However, he thinks that the choice of working only four days in a week does not have such good outcome, which contradicts what the reading states. And in the lecture, he uses three specific points to support his idea.
First, even though the reading passage suggests that the company can reduce the frquency of making mistakes, although paying the same amount of salaies to workers, the professor argues in the lecture that the company cannot make profits by doing this. This is because adding new jobs means spending more money on training and medical assurances for the new employees. Also, the company's profit is cut down due to the more office spaces and computers. Obviously, the professor’s argument disproves its counterpart in the reading.

Moreover, despite the statement in the reading that the unemployee rate will desearce in the whole country, the professor contends that the situation of unemployment will not be relieved. Then he supports this point with the fact that owing to costly cost, the company will force the employees to undertake a five- day work in only four days. In other words, no job will be created to the country, instead, the employees will get more pressure than they used to be.
Finally, the professor asserts that the employees will reduce their jobs' stability and harm their chances for advancing their careers, whereas the author of the reading claims that it will give employees more time to stay with their families and friends. The professor proves that this claim is indefensible by pointing out that company prefer the worker working five days per week, beacuse they devote themselves to the company.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: People who cannot accept the criticism from others will not be successful at working in a group.





Have you ever been criticized by your superiors or your colleagues? Did you feel that your self-confidence was destroyed by them? Did you have to pretend accepting their criticism while you were cursing them secretly? Harsh as it seems at first sight, criticism could work towards a positive direction for employees. In other word, the person not accepting criticism is impossible to succeed in working in a group.



First of all, there is no doubt that adopting the advices of the rectification of the mistakes that they have made can make incredible contributions to employees' success in work. Not only can they benefit from the constant encouragement- inspiring themselves to be perfect in their daily work, but also their attitude and ability can make progress. Once criticised due to making the same mistakes for several times, they must be more cautious in work than ever before; once got the criticism that they often lost their temper as a response to the pressure in work, they would try to control their emotions as well as possible; once criticised for their oral English was not fluent, they are sure to overcome all of the obstacles which stand in their way of improving it. Small though these changes are, they must be the fundamentals bricks of the employees' success in the future.



What's more, people in the group must respect the workers who accept the criticism modestly and continue working with others in harmony. And with the friendly atmosphere, the workers can approach the success easily. On the one hand, the environment provides the workers with endless happiness and pleasure, making them work efficiently. On the other hand, they can get respond immediately, when they turn to others for help. That's why my father who used to be a modest clerk can set up his own company by his colleagues' support.



As we all know, criticism sometimes weakens the confidence of the targets indeed, leading them to lose the active attitude towards their following challenging tasks, so it’s a widely acknowledged statement that people don’t need to accept them. But when the workers criticized always deny, is it vital for them to be a little self-effacing? No criticism means no improvement; no improvement means no success. Contrary to the opinion that people don’t need to accept criticism is my heartful suggestion.



No one is perfect, so being criticized by others is normal. What the employees need to do after that is just to focus on the present or try to improve themselves. If they hold the same opinion as me, I believe that they will be successful in one day.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Because the world is changing so quickly, people now are less happy and less satisfied than people in the past.



Do people lose happiness and satisfaction due to the world which is changing at an incredible speed? Some may choose the answer "Yes" as they suffer a lot from the endless changes, such as being bothered by an ocean of advertisements. However, some are against the statement. Well, contrary to the attitude of the former is my heartful thought that people are happier and more content, with accompany of the progressing world, in convenient transportation and various entertainments.



No one can deny the fact that the changing world provides us with quick transportation by inventing automobiles, trains and airplanes, which makes people happier than they used to be. Without cars, the people living in cities would be unhappy, for they cannot enjoying fresh vegetables and diary due to the long period of transportation of them; without trains, undergraduates would spend several days to get to their universities located in other provinces or states, which makes them fatigue and unsatisfied as well; without airplanes, businessman should not get Beijing from Hong Kong for an important negotiation within 2 hours. However, all the unhappiness and unsatisification above can be solved with the help of technology of the changing world. Obviously, the quickly changing world does not result in people's unhappiness.



What's more, the developing world creates many chances for the public to relax, such as the invention of ipad, iphone 4s and computer. My mother once told that, during her childhood, the only way to entertain was watching movies, but the opportunity was too rare that she could not forget the details in those movies until now. In the contrast, now her entertainment life benefits a lot from the various output of the world. She can not only listen to albums, but also surf the Internet, which are beyond her imagination when she was a child. This example shows that people are beneficiary to the changing world.



Absolutely, not all the things brought by the changing world make people more pleasant and joyful. When people's substantial life was not enough, people showed desire to the attractive advertisements and various products. Instead, nowadays, the endless advertisements just make people crazy and disgust, let alone happy and content. But comparing with the advantages brought by the world nowadays, it is negligible.



With the company of technology, the changing world gives us so many opportunities be happier and more delighted. Not only traveling becomes very convenient, but also the ways of entertainments are increasingly enriched. In a word, it is rather superficial to simply attribute people’s unhappiness to the constantly developing world. In the end, maximizing the benefit from the world is what I urge everyone to do.

Do you agree or disagree: It is impossible to be completely honest with your friend.



Have you ever hidden something terrible which is involved with your friends? Have you ever pretended being happy because you do not want your intimate friends worrying about you? Well, personally speaking, urging everyone to be completely honest with their friends can be a harsh demand. In another word, it is impossible for people to always keep such a promise to their friends.



Deceive as it looks in the first sight, being dishonest to friends may be a considerate behavior sometimes. Let me explore the reason why people tell some lies to their friends. When they hear something aimed at destroying their friends' good reputations, ; whe n people hear a piece of bad news such as one of your friends’ grandfather is died; when your friends' apartment is robbed, many people doing nothing but hide those information for a long time, and find to proper time to let their friends to know. Once I heard that a taxi driver named Liu Zhongan died of heart attack in Xi'an, while his daughter was preparing for the entrance university examination. However, all of her friends kept the news secretly for more than two months until she finished the exam. From this example, it is reasonable to conceal such pieces of bad news, and what these people do is just to protect their friends.



What's more, people try to pretend nothing happened to themselves in order to keep your happy. It's a indeed dishonest thing for their friends in some degree, but just as an ancient Chinese saying goes, "Report the good news but not the bad". As a good friend, no matter whether the situation is under people's control or not, why should they always tell it to their friends just to keep honest? Maybe after everything is done, it is the time to described the entire occurrence to them. As we all know, friends have also their private lives, so do not bother them due to your own business all the time. Being dishonest to their friends in some special conditions is a good choice.



Nevertheless, no one can deny the fact that friendship is built on the basis of several good merits including honesty. When people enjoy the happiness brought by friends, is it necessary for them to take into considerations whether they are honest to their friends in the most part of time? The answer absolutely is "Yes". That is to say, if people want to keep friendship last forever, people need to be honest to their friends, but not completely.



In the end, being dishonest to friends sometimes derives from the consideration to friends. So it is superficial to simply say that as friends, people should always keep honest to their friends.
