应届，工程本科,无finance minor 。港本，非港中科,CS课修得多，数学课有：高数2门，线代，微积分，，离散，大四下能修掉概率和随机过程（这个申请前是没办法修了） 零零散散在非math课下学过部分随机过程，概率，统计。。

楼主背景很好，我觉得香港那两家没必要作为保底的了。如果觉得自己金融方面是硬伤，可以报个CFA，UCB和UCLA推荐这么准备

Hello my friend!  Thanks so much for the note.  Now, assuming that you can break 105 on the TOEFL the next time you take it, you should be able to apply for a top program.  I like your school selections  very much, and while UCLA and MIT will be a stretch for you, your chances at Cornell are good.  And I would be VERY surprised if you didn’t get into your target programs at LSE and in HK.  Just be sure to do better on your TOEFL my friend!  That seems to be the main thing missing from your profile right now.  I would also consider Northwestern/Kellogg—given your experience in the US especially, and given Kellogg’s love for that kind of experience, I think you will have a shot there as well.  Hope this helps, and let us know what more we can do!

LZ背景挺好的，GRE问题不大，我去年申请的时候比你还低，也在犹豫要不要重新考，最后从结果来看影响不大。至于选校方面，香港的3所学校出结果普遍比北美的MFE早，尤其CUHK，会面临北美没出结果，香港学校就催留位费的情况。美国的MFE,UCLA似乎是春季入学，LZ可以等到最后没有拿到理想OFFER的情况下补申。CMU,Cornell,Columbia都很有机会的，还可以加上NYU（不过数学背景上有点吃亏），Chicago还有UMich不知道LZ考不考虑，应该可以保底。英国学校的话采用ROLLING制，早申请优势很大，快的话年内就会出结果的。
