B的错误在于它是谓语动词，不可能是名词，改为elect
全句结构是：voters elect representatives (to the natinal legistrature)选民选出代表到。。。

D的错误在于 through 只有两种用法，一是指穿透具体的物体（穿透地表），二是指使用什么方法（相当于by）。而through out才表示对抽象概念的“穿越”相当于all over.所以这里D改through out.

A 一个固定搭配，表目的的后面用to do。 这里就是 the purpose (of sth) is to do
所以A改为，to make.
C 不错的原因是help跟不定式通常省略to直接加动词原形。恢复过来就是heple(to)achive.

A. living and working.
B. live and work.
这里还是一个特殊用法，即the way 可以不用引导词直接跟从句。这里就是省略了引导词的定语从句，恢复过来是the way (that) people live and work. A 从句没有谓语动词。

这道题光我看到就已经解答三遍了，楼主可以常翻翻置顶汇集问题的帖子。
B 改 to cool. 固定用法： use sth to do sth.
C some 可以跟单数名词也可以跟复数名词，跟复数表示一些，某些，跟单数表示某种，某类。
另外看后面and后面跟的是原形动词，并列结构里面两个并列成分形式应该是一致的，见到并列信号词前后任一个部分划线就去看对应的那部分，可以直接选出答案，而且节省做题时间。
