我对D有疑义，尤其是denationalization这个词。前面有1个not， 双重否定，应该表示肯定，也就是说‘其他遭受了国有化的国家’或者‘其他没有遭受非国有化的国家’

于是我的理解是，d项把 国有化了的国家T 与 经济结构类似国家T的其他遭受了国有化的国家相比， 完全没有意义啊。

肯定有哪里是我理解错了的，请大家指正。

关键是看好这句话，尤其是result from后面的东西：就是说原因是不久前在发生碰撞之前发生的denationalization的加速过程这个东西，所以来做评价多少要和这个有关，而D正好说是否经历这个，那就很容易做出评价了，A，B很容易排除，关键是CDE，
