This is what I want to ask. Do we have to take a clear stance in these questions or we can say it's either right or wrong depending on the real situation, like what I did in this essay?

I prefer to take clear stance, but I read some essays like yours and it seems ok.

134 Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?

Children should be required to help with household tasks as soon as they are able to do so.

Advocating an argument that children should do some household task as soon as they are able to do so or denying it greatly depends on how people consider and weigh the advantages and disadvantages. Some people believe that doing the household task can bring more benefit to the children, but others hold the different opinion. As far as I am concerned, I articulate my point of view that children should help with household tasks.

The first and the most important reason of my opinion is that through doing household task children can understand their parents more. They can understand the hard work, which their parents usually experience. They can realize that their parents will take care them no matter how tired they are.  From this experience they can accept how their parents love them.

Secondly, it can help the children learn some skills to take care themselves so that it can help children to be independent. The best way of learn some skills is practice; So doing some household task can let them to make practice how to be independent. If they learn some skills such as cooking and cleaning, they can take care themselves well when the parents are not at home. All of these household actions can improve their independent abilities.

Another reason I support this view is that it can teach them how to face problem. When children firstly do some tasks, perhaps they will bump some problem. Sometime they break the cup, and sometime they do not know how to wash dishes. When they experienced this, they can learn more. Some children without experience in household tasks perhaps do not know how to face the situation of blackout.

On the other side, doing some household tasks perhaps has some drawbacks such as wasting times, hurting themselves sometimes however, contrary to the benefit, it takes lighter weight.

All in all, in my opinion, I argue that children should be required to help with household tasks as soon as they are able to do so. I am an example that I earn some benefits from to do so. The independent personality and troubleshooting ability benefit from my experience in the household tasks.
