关于C的：GWD 5-29的逻辑中就直接出现了charge price for products的用法。

“,Per miligram,” 是插入语,可以省略不看.所以that引导一个限定性定语从句.

我 觉得,首先, per milligram 是个插入语,所以应该省略.

如T-4-17

我觉得应该选c,因为 per milligram 作插入语省略了, that 就可以直接连在price 后面了, 至于d 和e ,我不知道为什么错,但是总感觉不如c来的好.请各位NN帮忙看看d,e的毛病!!
