这体和147一样，查了章振邦的语法书，又是“一般现在时”的用法，又是直接引语，还有动词特殊用法，都无法解释这个一般过去时后面的宾语从句居然用一般现在时，又非客观存在的事实，why??

147．At a recent session, the French government has decided that Paris needs a second, larger opera house to complement the famous Paris Opera.

(A) has decided that Paris needs

(B) decided that Paris needs找不到一个说法！又不是客观存在？

(C) has decided that Paris will need

(D) decided that Paris has a need of（B）

(E) has decided that Paris needed

倒是A解释得通。现在完成时后面的从句用一般现在时。

第一遍做错了，重看，应改选A，参考了刘振民的解释，解释如下：

A, 正确

B, 1, 宾语从句的"that"省略--错/不妥。2， both..and.. + knows 错。3, 从句的一般现在时“knows“，“is” 与前面的said 不妥。4，had to 应改为must.

C, 1，"they"指代错误。2，would have to 应改为 must

D, "would have to" 应改为 "must". 这里主要是从句意的角度考虑。"must"表示主观上的或主动的必须。“have to, or would have to" 表示 客观上的或被动的必须。从句意看：manager 的意图明显，积极主动，所以应用must。分别翻译如下：

用“must“--- 积极，主动 -----   manager 同意一个更灵活的时间表，但他认为，（若要这个灵活的时间表发挥作用,) 时间表必须贴在公告牌上。。。

用“have to“, 则多了一种被动，消极的意味 ----- manager 同意一个更灵活的时间表，但（他很无奈/没有别的办法），这个时间表将不得不贴在公告牌上。。。

E, 1，saying 导致句子结构不完整。 2， 应用must.

提供一个解题思路。

at a recent session 是一个过去时间状语，谓语动词必须用did. 由此，只剩下B, D; D 中的has a need of 明显没有needs 简洁。所以选B.

另：主句用过去时，从句用一般现在时，藕认为这种表达是对的。如：Yesterday, i thought i love her. 说明想是昨天发生的，但爱她从昨天到今天都存在的。（从过去到现在不变的一种状态） 该题说明从最近那次会议到现在，巴黎始终需要一个大歌剧院（从过去到现在不变的一种状态）。

晚上回来收到中国国外考试协调处邮寄的GMAT INFORMATION BULLETIN，仔细的看了看TEST DAY那章，考试那天还是有蛮多花样要准备的：提前选好学校，带好证件，LOCKER ROOM 很小，不要带太多东东，考试途中上厕所要举手等等。感觉很详细很详细，所以对于考试当天注意事项不是很清楚同志，看看这个原版的注意事项，一定会豁然开朗，至少会对某一部分引起注意或产生有针对性的疑问。

今天要和老板请假了，藕没多少时间了。。。。。。。。
