The lecturer completely rejects the idea presented in the reading passagethat scientists probably found out some actual tissues in a 70-milliom-year-old fossil, which was called the T.rex. In the professor's opinion, the theory about actual tissue exists in afossil is skeptical.

The lecturer contradicts the first point in the passage that the samllbranching channels found in the fossilized bone probably not  be left by the blood vessels because, duringthe fossilization, bectria will occupy the cracks inside the bones and left somesoft tissues.

The speakers goes on to disagree with the claim of author that sphereswere found in parts of the bone by microscopic examination, what's more excitedthing is the dark red center was observed inside the sphere. On the contrary, the lecturerargues that scientists, actually, can not sure about the red bloodcells were observed. The red spheres probably are some red minerals.

Finally, the spoker challenge the final point of the origion  of collagen. The professor points that the T.rex was dead 70million years ago, it is too long to believe the collagenexisted when the T.rexdead. The collagen people found with T.rex probably havea closer origin to now, and maybe it was left by the scientists who clean theT. rex's bone fossil.

The lecturer completely rejects the idea about three theories that explainthe decline of yellow cedar in northwesatrn North America. In the professor'sopinion, these three theories are inadequent, and scientists still don't knowthe exact reason.

The lecturer contradicts the first point in the passage that the declineof yellow cedar probably comes from the insects' breeding, specially from thecedar bark beetle. He contends that the yellow cedar actually have a defensemechanism, and with it, the cedar's leaves have posion that can prevent thebeetle's eat.

The lecturer goes on to disagree with the claim of author that bearscontribute to the decline. On the contrary, the professor points out that theyellow cedar covered a pretty large area, and this species still suffering adecline within somewhere don't have any bears.

Finally, the professor challenges the final point of climate changehypothesis. Just as the professor said the day-to-day temperature change does affect the survivle of yellowcedra, and the trees rooted in a higher elevation died more, but the turth isinverse. In a lower and warmer condition, the cedar suffers more.
