This is a great question! But with no easy answer. Every single candidate has to find what THEY have that is totally unique and special and differentiate themselves by doing that. so there is no quick formula to getting this done, only seeking what works for you. It takes a lot of work and thought in depth on your profile to discover what you have that is unique.
