求定位：申请M7的几率（情况不复杂）

长期很想做non－profit。
高中大学都有做一些ngo的小尝试，有成功的，也有完全失败的。（都和education和环保有关）

我觉得背景还是不错，M7大家都很难要看申请质量，可以冲击，Top20应该有把握

个人有恐惧老板症，小时候怕老师，长大怕老板。。。老板会理解我刚来就要去读mba么？

按照逻辑推理来，如果你申请，一定需要老板或管理者的推荐，如果推荐了，一定会去了解，那么搞定老板一定是必要的。

美本读什么呢
想回国发展什么领域
为何需要M7? 需要哪间？分别是为什么？
为何要创业？在什么时间点？几项创业经历各有何关联？
为何做完营销会去念msf? 又为何出来会去四大做advisory?
如果四份工作每份都只做一年 有什么证据能体现对生涯有commitment? 有什么社会价值或领导潜能，需要让M7把学位颁给lz
目前除了gmat跟gpa高之外
几乎没有其他条件能体现有如何生涯发展
分数又与学校质量不合，可能被叫去重考
也不是要泼lz冷水，而是这些问题对adcom都是基本，何况是M7
没解释清楚前，很容易被误会成为了申请而做的
不是没可能，而是巨困难
建议lz深刻思考一下生涯发展与why mba

我觉得楼上说的MAKE SENSE。MSF的背景，创业，marketing，四大advisory，这几份职业确实看得人一愣，其中的关联希望能更清晰一些。

That having been said you are gonna have to explain your quick changes when you write your application. They want to see that you are on a true path, and not just move around every time you have an opportunity that is a bit better, so make a lot of efforts to have strong and clear career goals, and show them that you have chosen your path.

你是说本科的是名校还是不出名的学校是没有关系的？LZ读的学校有的老美都没有听过，但是是一所非常出色的学校，教学质量极高。
