why compare to? Under my understanding, here compare with is more suitable than compare to.

Would you mind giving me some ideas of how to differenciate "in compare with" and "in compare to" with regards to

TOEFL exam?

偶查了一下，若是表示对比，两者没什么区别

compared to/with something
used when considering the size, quality, or amount of something in relation to something similar
a 20% reduction in burglary compared with last year Compared to our small flat, Bill's house seemed like a palace.
