他好像可以只住一学期？我问过在波士顿的同学，他说bentley属于城郊，没啥公共交通的。住学校方便点。而且商学院好多课在晚上，下课后如果走回家会有点不方便，特别是女孩。而且期末可能要在图书馆通宵复习啥的。所以住校比较好。

One room in a spacious Duplex is available for rent from July 1st.

Location: North Watertown, 10 mins walk to school bus at Waverley Square, 5 mins walk to Bus 73. Close to Grocery store, Quiet and friendly Neighborhood.
Features: Three bedrooms and One bathroom on the second floor,One living room, One Dining room, One kitchen on the first floor, Big basement for storage,Gas heating, Free Washer and drier.
Parking: Two parking lots, one is occupied and the other is still available
About us: Two Bentley Graduates, who have been living here for 2 years. We are easy-going and respectful. Both of us are light cook.
Rent: 480/Month, water included. Utilities (electricity, cable, gas) will be shared. around $50/month for summer months and $100 for winter. One year contract is required.
Ideal Candidate: Clean, respectful, Easy going, have a sense of responsibility to take care public living area. Financially stable.
