Hey there, happy to offer some thought here my friend. Your TOEFL score is certainly valid, as they are good for two years, although as you saw, it's a bit below the average for many of the Top programs you are going for. Of course your GMAT is awesome so that will help you out. Most schools don't have an “official minimum” for TEOFL although of course like in anything, we try to aim to gain any advantage we can before applying. If you have taken it a number of times already, and have not been able to crack say a 109, then maybe give it up. Or if you have a bit of time, try and give it one more shot. You can still apply with your 105, but take it into consideration as you evaluate your strategy.
