我觉得D错是不是因为WHen修饰时间状语，然后OR前后一个特指一个泛指的原因才错呢？求帮忙！谢谢大家！

我觉得哦，不确定哈，D错一个原始是因为后面的the increase in canaries' neurons when they中的they指代的是neurons, 但根据句意应该指代canaries,   而且when 引导的从句不好

我个人觉得 when 不好是因为让人误以为， 是放入一段时间大脑就不一样了。 应该是放有刺激的环境会新生成一些神经元
