求语法高人指点 比较结构！！！！

不知道大家 有没有和我一样的困扰。。就是分不清比较结构里 到底谁和谁、 什么和什么在比较~~  以至于很多时候 遇见 XXX more than those ofXXX  或者XXXmore than that ofXXX  的时候，分辨不清 内个代词 those\that 之类的到底是指代错误 还是应该留着的~~~  在做比较结构的题时，有没有什么方法？？

再次记下了GWD中很困扰的句子，请高人指点点怎么去看 到底谁和谁在比较~~~

1、According to a 1996 survey bu the National Asscioation of College and University Business Officers, more than three times as many indepentdent institutions of higher education charge tuition and fees of under $8000 a year than those that charge over $16000.

A  略
B  than are charging
C  than to charge
D  as charge
E  as those charging

2、When working with overseas clients, an understanding of cultural norms is at least as important as grasping the pivotal business issues for the global manager.
A 略
B   For global managers working with overseas clients, understanding cultural norms is at least as important as grasping the pivotal business issues

C   For global managers working with overseas clients, an understanding of cultural norms is at least as important to them as that grasp the pivotal business issues. (这个选项错在哪儿呀？？？)

when 是从属连词，引导的句子与后面的an understanding of cultural ........是主从关系。 把when 换成 for 以后句子中心改变了。而且C选项important 后的them 指代不清

第一题应该是比较结构，as...as，所以答案应该在D、E当中选择，如果是我，我选E，不知道对不对。主句开头是more than，more than连在一起用不是比较结构，当做形容词，来修饰后面的three times。 those指代indepentdent institutions。  

不知道对不对啊，但是比较双方要比较同一个概念，这时候不用that或者those指代。如果比较的不是同一个概念，就要用that 和those指代。给你举一个例子吧OG12里的一道题

A survey by the National Council of Churches showed that in 1986 there were 20,736 female ministers, almost 9 percent of the nation's clergy, twice as much as 1977.
(A) twice as much as 1977                                        
(B) twice as many as 1977                                      
(C) double what it was in 1977                                  
(D) double the figure for 1977                                  
(E) a number double that of 1977's

之所以D对，B不对，是因为B中 as many as 后面没有介词，这样就是人和年代在比较。而D就很好的修正了这一点。

OG里还有一道题，是that of 指代多余的，我忘记题号了，你去找一找吧，再看看OG的解释。

怎么做到做过一遍的题印象深刻，还能 建立题和题之间的联系呀。。。

做一遍就印象深刻应该是那些大牛吧，但是我觉得再牛的人也很少做到过目不忘吧。  要重复的做，重复的总结。我看过CD里的一篇帖子，说的就是“简单的重复”。   你试试用表格法来总结OG，吧每一道题目都从主谓一致，比较，时态语态，固定用法，单复数，平行，代词指代，动词形式，措辞句型用法偏好，修辞不简洁，其他正确表达。这几个方面来考虑，把每一道题做成表格。然后你就能轻而易举的找到每一个考点对应什么题目。  加油吧，OG很有深度，推荐你下载“李希强”来看看，能让你把OG语法看的更透彻。
