请问Hofstra 网申提交完了，用马上交I20申请表，资金证明和护照扫描件吗

2月底就提交完申请了，学校是这么说的This note will serve as official confirmation of the submission of your application to Graduate Studies at Hofstra University.

Your application is now ready for review. Your graduate program director will contact you should additional documents be needed or if an interview is required.

As an International Student you are required to provide an I-20 application form, proof of financial support and a copy of your passport. You will also need an F-1 transfer form if you are currently attending another school in the U.S. Click here to download the necessary forms.

Please e-mail all of the forms along with the required financial documents to GradIntl@hofstra.edu. Do not mail any of these documents to Hofstra University. Paper copies will not be accepted.

请问这个意思是不是说递交完申请后要马上传一个资产证明护照扫描件和I20申请表给学校呢？还是说等学校录取了再给学校传资产证明护照扫描件和I20申请表呢？
