大家好，我想咨询下关于H1B的问题，我是一名去年刚毕业的学士学生，专业是General Business Administration通用商业管理, 去年毕业时申请了OPT，然后7月中旬生效，现在在美国一家汽车配件供应商做OPT实习，现在老板愿意给我H1B，问题是根据我的专业和公司的性质，不知道什么样的职位title会适合我，更容易过，您能给些建议么？Marketing analys怎么样，关键是H1B还要面试签证么，会问你一些很专业问题么？另外，我的OPT今年7月到期，据说10月H1B才会发证，那么我如果申请了H1B，7月到10月这段时间还能留在美国么？非常感谢

Get H1B approved could be a very tricky process, I suggest you hire an immigration lawyer to file for you. Usually they will charge you 700-1000 dollars per company per case, but if your company file several H1B at the same time, for each additional candidate's case, the extra charge is 200 something. (Which means sharing lawyer fee with co workers is possible) Even you decide to hire one by yourself, it is worthy. As long as your H1B application is received, your OPT will automatically extend until: your H1B application is declined or approved but not selected or approved and finally effective.
