一直潜水，但看到各位回复的阅读时间比我少太多，忍不住问一句：速度部分的文章应该读到什么程度就可以了？为什么我每次读下来都需要１－２分钟，而各位大牛们都是１分钟不到？上次考试就是阅读速度偏慢导致成绩不佳，烦请指点！

以下是我阅读的作业。。。
1. IMF has said the financial status has been improved, yet it's still too soon to claim we've exited crisis.
2. European banker still under stress, while US and Japan face unaddressed fiscal challenges
3. To deal with speculation in oil market, Obama adop policy-including strengthen supervision and raising penalty. However, such proposal has its opponents.
4.India cut interest rate 0.5percent for the first time in the past three years to help the economy rebound
5. businesss leader welcome the cut, they believe such action will encourage more aggressive investment; worries remain since no further cut in future if the government don't take steps to control high budget deficit.

2. china now faces a long period of ultra-low fertility in spite of any adjustment to the one child policy
3. the effect of fertility: old median age of popluation, burden for young people in 4-2-1 family, shortage for manufacture and even possibility for human resource importation, a possible move from guanxi toward a more predictable legal system and polictical culture, heavy pressure on social pensions.
4. China has its advantages in dealing with these problems1. notable low tax rate 2. low public expectation.
5. so the problem will not be fatal, but could hamper the development.
