We will soon move out of this lovely place (Berkeley Apartment, Fine Arts) because of new roommates arrangement.
Now we'd like to either

1) Sublease this big apartment from 13 May - 28 Jul. (Or even part of it).

Rent:
1) 2350/month (including water/gas/internet connection etc). Really cheap if you make comparisons at the lease office.
2) 1175/month for 1 bedroom.
3) 850/month for each bedroom and 650/month for living room if you have 3 people sharing.

Or, you can choose to extend this into a formal 1-year lease with the property office.  (for time beyond 28 Jul, you have to contact property lease office for a price quote).

Details:
1. 2 bedrooms (both are roomy)
2. 1 big living room (kitchen is built in): this living room can be used as a bedroom and we already have bed, desk, partition and everything.
3. 1 bathroom
4. We can lend to you our furniture such as bed/desk/chairs/etc over summer so that you won't have to waste money.
5. The neighborhood is super safe, quite and it's a few minutes to Bart/Berkeley campus/Berkeley Bowl&CVS&Walgreen
6. Suitable for family, summer program, UCB students/overseas scholars, etc. It's only 5 minutes' walk to Berkeley Campus/tube station.
