Please arrive at the test center 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow you enough time to complete the check-in procedures before beginning your exam. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time and are refused admission, the exam and delivery fees are not refundable.

但据说先到先考不是完全那么准的8点开考

嗯，对！而且有的地方时按照收护照的顺序checkin的。。于是还是建议早去。。。
