出现一个奇怪的现象：蜜蜂开始大量死亡，一开始是美国，后来欧洲一些国家也是。原因未知，有人认为是CCD。可是CCD究竟是什么呢？大家各种猜测，最终发现最有可能的就是neonicotinoids，一种杀虫剂。然后就有科学家针对neonicotinoids做了一个实验，两个对照组分别用了高剂量的和一半剂量的neonicotinoids，实验的对象是cousin  of honeybee，然后发现neonicotinoids能影响它们蜂后的产生。然后又有两个科学家做实验，发现neonicotinoids还能影响蜜蜂们的记忆力，这样它们回巢的时候就找不到家了。最后说到有些国家已经开始限制neonicotinoids的使用了，因为蜜蜂的传峰作用对很多植物都很重要。

O wants to reform Health care\ the court was packed. Whether the issue should be constitutional or not was the point discussed there. If the issue is passed, then XX and XX will be transformed. O ought to be used to criticism of his health reforms. Protesters cannot shock O. O signed the bill on XX day. The possibility that XX might fall seems real now.   01:59

The court has three issues: 1), whether the ruling must delay till 2015. 2), whether ... expand to the poor. 3), ........(不懂是虾米). Each of the issue may be discussed for hours, even days. Nor the court or O wants to postpone. .................  01:56

The future of the mandate is uncertain. The challengers argue that congress cannot compel people to buy the insurance. O needs more complex reasoning. The mandate is constitutional for 2 reasons, XX and XX.(不明白).  01:32

The lawyer of O on the court seems to be unconfident to argue over the issue. Mr. V .........在court上的表现不尽如人意……(记不清了……)   01:48

Nevertheless, after the hearing the prospect of the mandate looked much bleaker......

Bees are died for unknown reason.

Bees benefit many of our crops.

Then, scientists offer some possible reasons to the phenomenon. And they consider insecticide may come as the first killer.

They do an experiment. One group of the bumblebee is exposed to higher dose of N-xxx, and the other one is exposed to lower dose or none. Then these bumblebees are left to the nature again, but their ability to kill insect reduced.

Worrying that their benefit insects may be killed by N-insecticide, many countries decided to restrict the use of N.

刚参加阅读小组，第一次来训练。。。
惨不忍睹，速度练习没有一个是在一分内完成的，并且还脑子里一团浆糊，越是想集中精力越是无法乱七八糟。。
越障联系有很多专业名词，读起来也是很难。。
求分析。。。

越障：今天进步灰常大。以前都是分2-3段写出全部提纲。今天一次写了所有的部分。哈。开心。干别的去了。
MI:   pesticides is bad for bees
Phenomenon:   The author starts from a phenomenon that many bees died in the winter of 2006.Many scientists called the died CCD.Then many more bees died in Europe in the CCD style.
Introduction:Bees are important for our crops.They pollinate the crops so that we can harvest.
Opinions : Trough the phenomenon,many scientists have their different opinions.However,the most common opinion is that the killer is pesticides.
Experiments in two papers: One expert choose two group to test for the opinion that the pesticides do harm to the bees.But  he doesn't test where the bees are harmed.The other expert H do other experiment to test that the pesticides harm the memory of bees and make a kind of bees can't go back their hives.So the production of queens is dropping from the pesticides being used.A  kind of bees depend on the queens to build hive,so it is dangerous to see that the queens are decreasing.Moreover,there are some worries about CCD.
Results:  Some countries begin to limit the use of pesticides because they are worried about the bees.Even though the experiment in the real land needs more money to kill other insects, we will soon find that the money is well spent and let other countries to limit the pesticides.
