说世界语言的phoneme（音素）这词好生啊，说每个语言平均25个phoneme。English有45个，说是多于most of others；还有两个国家是extreme, 一个是CB（某个国家），有七个还是十个phoneme；还有一个是African Languages，有100个音节 。问哪个选项与上文inconsistent不一致。
选项： phoneme小于英语的语言占大多数；some language的音节可以包含nearly all the phoneme in the world；African languages里的语言有很多共同的phoneme；每个语言至少有一个phoneme与其他不同。 LZ逻辑弱。。。猜的第二个,求牛人解答
