Great job! Go Blue!  

But seems Michigan is not satisfied with the No.6 ranking.  My professor in Finance class is very angry that Michigan only got B in teaching in the BW ranking.  So far, I really enjoyed the classes and really respect the professors here.  They are not only great teachers, but also great people to make friend with.

现在的情况不知道，以前国企时的安置费有点执行政策的味道。

但是这signning bonus往往是大公司用来"抢人"的手段。年景不好的时候，雇主乐得减薪，signning bonus也当然就免了。学生们有工作就不错了，也就没太多人奢求很多Signning bonus了。
