Michigan is very nice to reapplicants, as far as I know at least 5 of us admitted this year are reapplicants. I think what you've accomplished are definetly the edge for your reapplication.

Many many thanks for your prompt reply. One more question:

The school website said that  International reapplicants also need to resubmit official documentation of funding. If I don't have enough funding and will rely on loans from school, what shall I do? Do I just submit my application without the funding document?

Yes. You may sumbit funding documents, after you have got admission offer, to the school for your I20 form.

Michigan welcomes reapplicants if you can demonstrate that you have improved a lot. I think your chances are much greater now. Try best to polish your essays and I believe you will be successful.

I had the same process last year. Yes it will direct you to a mailing service. After you fill it out, the school will mail the viewbook to you. I am not sure why our school doens't provide a downloadable version directly, but I will try to bring this to admission office once I am done with the 4 final exams next week. The 4 exams are making me or most of us extremely busy. Please bear with us for one more week. Thanks for your understanding.

What's more, after you are admitted, what you need prove is that your funding can cover the expense of ONLY One year.  (Different from what you show to the Visa Office.)
