I think 700 is enough. Essays are more important

My alumni interviewer is a Chinese. Do we still need to speak in English? What other things do I need to pay attention to?

Sure to speak in English, but take it easy. Michigan alumni does not put much challenge in oral communication.

昨晚睡梦中接到Michigan adc一个女士的电话，问了我career goal after graduation,why michigan and what can I bring to the school等老问题。可惜我睡意朦胧，加上根本没想到过他们还有这么一次tele interview,所以自觉地答得不行，惨了。。。

Thanks waterloo. I feel bad because when she asked me " do you think they can pay you well after you graduated?" I answered "actually the salary will not be so high since it is a state-owned company, while they will give me some options of the new subsidary which we plan to take to Nasqad..." Later I found she may concer about the average saraly of graduate from Michigan, and if it is true, my answer is negtive...
