D 会产生“（法国核电的）33%是来自德国”的歧义

  whereas just over 33 percent of the energy comes from nuclear power in Germany

定冠词“the”特指上文出现过的事物——法国的核电

所以不是说“法国所有能源的75%来自核电，33%来自德国核电”，而是说“法国75%的能源来自核电，而其中33%（的核电）来自德国”

I really wish I could imput Chinese to translate it. Unfortunately, I don't. Let's put it this way.
The intolerable flaw in D is that it disorts the meaning of the original sentence. The first half of the orginal sentence says that among the energy produced in France, 75% of it comes from nuclear power. The sentence then makes a comparison that in Germany, over 33% of the energy produced comes from nuclear power. But when you look at D, it's trying to say that IN FRANCE, over 33% of the energy comes from neclear power in German, another contry. When we check if the format is parallel, more important thing is to make sure if it's logically consistent.
