There are following suggestions that you can think about: 1. what do you really want to do after MBA? If you want to advance your career in Marketing, Kelley will be a good choice, since it has great alumni network for marketing. I have heard some students from Kelley has obtained Brand Manager position in Johnson & Johnson before graduation. On the other hand, if you want to pursue Supply Chain after MBA, OSU and Kelley don't have much difference. If you need more information about Marketing in Kelley, you can join the Facebook group "Kelley MBA class 2014" to get more information. The group is organized by second year Marketing students and I am sure they will have some great insights about the marketing program.
2. From scholarship point of view, you need to determine how much does it cost to live there. In the States, the living cost is quite different from States to States. Just looking at the amount of the scholarship will not tell you much.
3. One of the most important things you have to consider when you are choosing between schools is network. The business is all about networking, especially for mba. Please check which school has better networking.
4. About job location for different schools, I suggest that you check the employment statistics for different schools to see where the graduates went after MBA. I know one of the most popular locations for Kelley MBA graduates is San Francisco. I am not sure about OSU.
Those are some of my own opinions for you to consider. Hope that it helps. |
