110625NA Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It is more enjoyable to buy a new technological device when it becomes available than to wait until many people have owned it.

At Beijing Time 6:00 October 15th,atApple's Sanlitun retail store in Beijing, a long line was already formed a full2 hours before Apple Inc. launched its new technological product, iPhone 4s.Inorder to get the new product at once, some people went to the store atmidnight. My friend, Lily, who was one in the line, said, 'It's so excited tobe first to get iPhone 4s. I'm ahead of others.' After hearing that, I cannothelp but wonder: Is it more enjoyable to buy a new technological device beforemany people own it? If ask me, I will say no without a hesitation. In thefollowing paragraphs, I will give a more in-depth discussion.
Firstly, the newest technological devicedoes not mean the best. Usually although a new technological device will gothrough hundreds and thousands tests and improvements, there also excites somebugs which make the device inconvenient to use. For example, in 2007, Amazonlaunched a new technological device, e-reader, which called kindle. Withkindle, we can read books greener, more convenient, more economic, at everywhere.I t sounds like awesome. I bought it as soon as it was launched and was sohappy for the people around me hadn't yet owned it. While it was not so good,it might crash, delay even sometimes couldn't read too large e-books. 2 years later,Amazon launched an updated version called kindle 3 based on the feedbackinformation from the consumers. My friends got and enjoyed the updated version. This experience makes me know that, the user experience of a new technologicaldevice usually cannot be the best. So it is not more enjoyable to buy a newtechnological device before many people have owned it.

Additional, not only inconvenient will theuse of the new product be, but also sometimes it may disappoint us when we getit before many people have owned it. You cannot get the most real evaluation ofthe product if few people have used it. Take my friend Lily as example. It isof common occurrence for her that buying a new technological product beforemany people own it which makes she knows nothing about this product but fromthe advertisement. Eventually, she will find that the real one and the sheimagines are very far. IPhone 4s is a good instance. She queued up for it allnight while when she got the so-called new technological device she found thephone is almost same with iPhone 4 but has higher configuration. She was so disappointed. From this, I can say if she waits until many people have owned it, she mayfound that iPhone 4s is not the thing she wants.

Sum up, looking from these two reasons, Iwill say it is not more enjoyable to get a new device before others. On thecontrary, it sometimes is awful.

If ask me, I will say no without a hesitation. In the following paragraphs, I will give a more in-depth discussion.

(注意分段)
Firstly, the newest technological device does not mean the best. Usually although a new technological device will go through hundreds and thousands tests and improvements,
there also excites some bugs which make the device inconvenient to use.some bugs which make the device inconvenient to use also exists——应该只有there+be句型,没有there+do句型吧) For example, in 2007, Amazon launched a new technological device, e-reader, which called kindle. With kindle, we can read books greener, more convenient, more economic, at everywhere. It sounds like awesome. I bought it as soon as it was launched and was so happy for the people around me hadn't yet owned it. While(While是同一句话里,前半句和后半句有转折关系,建议改成But) it was not so good, it. Itmight crash, delay, even sometimes (sometimes even) couldn't read too large e-books. 2(Two 100以下的数字最好用英文) years later, Amazon launched an updated version called kindle 3 based on the feedback information from the consumers. My friends got one and enjoyed the updated version. This experience makes me know that, the user experience of a new technological device usually cannot be the best. So it is not more enjoyable to buy a new technological device before many people have owned it.

Additional
ly, not only inconvenient will the use of the new product be, but also sometimes it may disappoint us when we get it before many people have owned it.(not only will the new produce be inconvenient, but sometimes, it also may disappoint us if we get it before many people have owned it.) You cannot get the most real (accurate/proper) evaluation of the product if few people have used it. Take my friend Lily as an example. It is of common occurrence for her that buying a new technological product before many people own it which makes she knows nothing about this product but from the advertisement.(It is of common occurrence for her to buy a new technological product before many people have owned it, making her know nothing about this product but from the advertisement.——① It引导形式主语,用to buy; which引导的定语指代前半句话,有点指代不清,建议改成表结果的伴随状语making)Eventually, she will find that the real one and the she imagines are very far.(the one she has bought is far from her imagination) IPhone 4s is a good instance. She queued up for it all night while (有这个搭配吗?). However, when she got the so-called new technological device she found the phone is almost the same with iPhone 4 but, only has higher configuration. She was so disappointed. From this, I can say if she waits until many people have owned it, she may found (find) that iPhone 4s is not the thing she wants before buying it (she may not buy the iPhone 4s for wrong).

Sum up (To sum up), looking from these two reasons (considering these two reasons), I will say it is not more enjoyable to get a new device before others have got one. On the contrary, it sometimes is awful.

Asked what were you going to be aftergrowing up, my 11-year-old friend, John, said "To be happy". Theanswer was kind of sly but meaningful. There is no one but longs for happiness. However, for different people happiness means different things. Maybe forworkaholics, happiness comes from their job satisfaction. But for me it is mysocial life that gives me a more vivid, fuller and richer life. I will give anin-depth argument in the next following paragraphs.
To begin with, social life gives meopportunities to make friends with various people. Social life, essentially, isto communicate in all kinds and sorts of forms with others, like arts, sportsand even politics. If you are a sports enthusiast, we can imagine that byinvolving some social activities regarding to athletics you can be friend withso many master-sportsman who have different life experience, occupations andbeliefs. Take me as an example. I am a hiking lover and join a hiking group, Sunny.Through sunny, I know many people of different age and occupations. Lily who isone of them is a lawyer and ten years older than me. After several hikingactivities, we become good friends. We exchange anything besides sports witheach other. Due to the different experience, we both learn much from each otherand know more about life. In this progress, we get more happiness which cannotget from work.
Additionally, not only does the social lifemake me have more friends, but it also enables my life to overflow withrichness.  Every spare moment I have, Iwill find friends to go out rather than stay at home. Maybe we will go hikingon Zijin Mount, the highest mountain in Nanjing; maybe we will play music, singsongs at Dahuo, the auditorium of my school, together; maybe we will go tovisit Pablo Picasso's gallery. Killing time in those ways renders me immensehappiness and satisfaction. And I have more topics to talk about. It is sointeresting to share my experience about hiking on mount, talk about myfeelings of playing music at Dahuo and exchange my thoughts about Picasso'paintings to other people. Whereas, hardly can I obtain that kind of joy andrichness from my work.

To sum up, although my job always makes mefeel happy, it isn't as much as that comes from my social life.

form与后面的arts, sports,等相对有点别扭). If you are a sports enthusiast, we can imagine that by involving in some social activities regarding to athletics you can be friend with这个用法没查着,还是make friend with保险so many master-sports man who have different life experience, occupations and beliefs. Take me as an example. I am a hiking lover and join a hiking group, Sunny.Through sunny, I know many people of我查了一下,用indifferent age and occupations. Lily who is one of them is a lawyer and ten years older than me. After several hiking activities, we become good friends. We exchange anything besides sports witheach other. find(这个感觉有点chinglish, call会不会好 一点呢,可以讨论哈) friends to go out rather than stay at home.
