Hi guys I'm a recently admitted Baruch MFE student & is going to start my study at Baruch this summer (Jun.18).

Since:
1. The rent around NYC area is high..I need someone to share the cost with me.
2. I like to make friends.
3. I would like to talk about the homework, studies, jobs, blah blah blah with my roommate. Living alone can sometimes be boring

A bit intro of myself:

I am a Chinese/Cantonese student studying at Emory now. Easy going, respect my roommates, like to play badminton, tennis, I workout (a bit, mostly pullups now since I'm too busy now), play video games sometimes if you have the gear. I'm not a clean freak but I don't like my apt to be too messy. (at least vacuum once a month..throw trash so that they don't get piled up..)

Now I am living in a 4-bedroom apartment with my friends (two Americans and one Chinese kid). I like to chill when I have nothing too important to do but I can also be extremely quiet when I am studying/busy.

三年前来美国--我是广州人--not the stereotype you are thinking about--现在的生活习惯可能各一半一半吧--喜欢吃粤菜也喜欢吃川菜--最重要是好吃--blah blah..

我打算在Elmhurst, Forest Hills, 或者NJ找一个2bedroom/3bedroom的apt.

What I am looking for about my roommate:
1. Responsible - You have to wash the dishes you use,  please don't expect me to throw the trash every time for you
2. Respect my space and privacy.
3. Easy going lar!  随和点就OK larrrr.
4. 只要是学financial engineering的就好不一定只是baruch的喔
