我分享一个NY人给我的答复评价NYU SCPS,希望大家对他的评价能踊跃发表意见。这也是给大家都做个参考吧 NYU is a top flight school by any and all measures. Also the fact that NYC is a cosmopolitan city also confers many opportunities for you to be exposed to cutting edge development in business, commerce ,arts and culture (and fun, too!). The benefits to study in NYU are numerous. I look at the link you provided to the programs you are interested, and I'll give you an honest assessment. The MS program requires students to complete 42 credits of study, which means no cutting corners. The various concentrations are plentiful and as a layman, l am impressed. They cover just about every aspect of what's to know in RE, both comprehensive and possibly in-depth. It should more than satisfy any one intending to make a career in real estate. You also asked about what and how people regard the "school of continuing education and professional studies, SCEPS).  resumably, you do not have SCEPS in China and you want to know more. In general, sceps provide courses in "off hours" (i.e. after work) and cater to students who are interested in self-enrichment. Some would pursue piecemeal knowledge in subjects matters like arts, philosophy, sciences, and in fact... areas of interests in anything. In this regard, sceps attracts people in all walks of life who are not interested/cannot qualify to be admitted to the regular degree programs. Such courses generally are not structured to fulfill degree requirement(BUT this is certainly not the case with NYU sceps!) . Courses are rarely taught by regular professors of the main campus/college. They are generally not regarded as equivalents to the regular degree courses, and in many instances, as extramural curricula. |
