Tianling, tks! yes, i think so; but you can take a trick: ask them an interview (although simon's interview is by invitation, you may make it if you push ad. office ), and if you can do well in the interview, they will forget your TOEFL.

Hihi, 下面是一封给一位prospective的部分回信，我把它放在这，希望大家能对simon有更多的了解：（Rebekah is the name of a member of Ad. co. in Simon)

Rebekah is pretty aggressive. She is definitely a member of Ad. Co. and was promoted to be a director of Ad. Co. this year.  She is one of the alumni of Simon.

Just be yourself! During interview, try your best to show that you are not only qualified but also strongly interested in laceName w:st="on">SimonlaceName> laceName w:st="on">SchoollaceName>. Simon is very famous as well as strong in Finance,----in 2004, Financial Times of London ranks Simon 2^nd for Finance. If you do not have background of Finance, you can show you have a strong b/g of Statistics. Simon focuses on quantitative analysis--both of Chicago and Rochester are leaders of quantitative analysis, and you may find many Chicago professors once taught in Rochester and many Rochester prof. once taught in Chicago. Simon is also a proponent for efficient market which Simon created in 70s in the 20^th century.

You can also ask Rebekah questions such as “ what’s the difference after Zupan Mark became a dean in laceName w:st="on">SimonlaceName> laceName w:st="on">SchoollaceName>; what is his new policy”, you can also mention the weather in Rochester and mention that you really like ski and golf. Rochester has a lot of snow every year, and people in Rochester are proud of it; Rochester has lots of golf.

leeciao，我收到了offer，但scholarship只cover 30% tuition。看到simon一年5万刀的费用实在是承受不起。不知道如果节省一点的话，一年的花费大概是多少？谢谢！
