interview question:

I encounted two interview questions that I didn't know how to answer well. If you were me, how would you answer these questions?

1: When you had conflict(different opinions) with your boss, how did you solve them(how did you persuade your boss to accept your ideas?

2. If you had a chance to interview somebody, who would you interview? what kind of question would you ask and why?
