这届的招生和课程安排乱的一塌糊涂。我跟advisor问了好几次关于上课时间的问题，不是说不知道就是回答错误信息。Advisor跟我confirm的开学时间现在改了；原来说的每周六周四上课现在也改了；给我的关于学费的信息在我跟Registrar's Office确认后证实是错的。再下去不知道还有什么会改。。。

嗯，有同感。 其实呢， 我觉得他们安排的时间还觉得挺好，但是他们变来变去的information确实令我也觉得无所适从， 直到现在网上的时间表还是不正确的。我还没有收到关于学费的通知书。

Welcome to the Master of Finance Program .  We look forward to seeing you on Campus in June!

The class of 2013 has seen significant growth for the Master of Finance Program.  As such we will be offering two sections starting in June.  As you know you are enrolled in Section A.  At this time we are unable to honor changes to the section you have been placed in.

Please find attached a link to the schedule outlining the important dates for this section.

Within the next few weeks, I will be introducing you to your Program Manager.  Your Program Manager will be able to answer questions about any material you require, details on location of the Queen’s Facility, and any other logistics you will need to know to help prepare you for Opening Session in June in Kingston, Ontario.  We’ve attached an Agenda that will help you prepare for your planning purposes.

We are also offering an English course that begins prior to the Program, details for this course are attached.   I strongly recommend this course to applicants whose first language is not English.  If you are interested in taking this course please let me know and apply using the link before Tuesday, May 8, 2012.

Getting Started
Section A
Welcome to Queen’s Master of Finance program, Class of 2013. We are looking forward to meeting everyone on the Queen’s campus in June 2012.
Please find below a summary of the Opening Session agenda for Section A (a detailed schedule will be available for you in early June).
Opening Session (Queen’s Campus – Kingston ON):
Arrival Day – Friday June 22, 2012 (check in after 3:00pm)
Classes Begin – Saturday June 23, 2012 at 8:30am
Classes End & Departure Day – Thursday June 28, 2012 at 4:30pm (check out is 11:00am)
The Opening Session will take place on the Queen’s campus and we will confirm your accommodations in early June.

Special Notes:
- Family members are not permitted to accompany you during the residential sessions as you will need to devote 100% of your time to your study and program activities. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this requirement.
- Kingston ON is located approximately 2.5 hours east of Toronto. You may wish to drive, take the train or bus. Parking will be provided upon you arrival at no extra cost. The train or bus stations are located approximately 10-15 minutes from the Queen’s campus.
- The dress code is business casual. There may be network opportunities with our Queen’s School of Business students during your time on campus so be sure to bring clothing that is appropriate.
- You will have your own private guest room during your stay and meals will be provided starting June 23, 2012.
We will be introducing you to your Program Manager in the coming weeks but in the meantime, please contact me if you have any questions.
