关于tulsa的奇怪入学要求。（请求2012年打算去tulsa的同学和2011年在读的同学支招）

Tulsa大学的学位认证。

我想问一下各位申请到tulsa读书的同学们。
大家怎么单独做这个认证呀！？
因为据我所知，这个学校说：Congratulations!  You have been admitted to The University of Tulsa MS Finance program effective with the 2012 fall semester.  If you have questions about your admission or future enrollment, feel free to contact me anytime.  I have attached your official admission letter to this email, so please download it and read it as well.
We need the following items mailed to us once you have them:
.       A Final Transcript following graduation
.       Official credentials report from the China Academic Degree and Graduate Education Development Center (http://www.cdgdc.edu.cn)

问题是，这个学校说wes还不行！！必须得是cdgdc中国教育考试院什么之类的东东就做学位证的认证。那咱们怎么弄这个！？？
那咱们具体来做这个认证的话，怎么走系统比较对呢？

对了，顺便问一下各位。上面说的offical credential的这个需要我把成绩单的和学位证的都要做一遍？还是就做学位证的？

另外这个学校也没有交押金和给出最后去不去的消息呀??
