PhD positions in Communications and Signal Processing

Prof. Rong-Rong Chen from the ECE dept. at the University of Utah is
looking for new Ph.D. students for Fall 2012. She is interested in
students who have a solid background in communications and signal
processing. They should have done core courses such as digital
communications, signal detection, information theory and coding,
wireless communications, advanced signal processing, random processes,
and should be strong in math. Students who will be graduating with a
masters degree, and have prior research experiences in communications
and signal processing are preferred. Exceptional undergraduate students
